How long does it take to develop a custom product?

Can I return an purchased item?
We offer product samples prior to shipping finished products and throughout the development process. Our team makes sure you're completely happy with your product before processing your entire order. We do not accept returns on white label products. Please take advantage of our samples and test your products with your team before placing an order.
When you do place an order online of our Ready to Ship white label products, you will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss samples, labels and to arrange final shipment.
Custom products will also have samples prior to your full order fulfillment. In short, there are no surprises in our product development process so the need for returns shouldn't exist.

Do you have to create our logo?
If you’ve got a logo, we can use it, but if you need one, our design and marketing team is skilled at developing impactful, industry-leading brand designs that are fully compliant with evolving industry regulations.
Can I use my own distillate/CBD oil?
Yes! Where most manufacturers require clients to use distillate made in-house, we will use yours if that’s your preference. We can also provide you with our in-house top-quality distillate.

What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for softgels?
Vegan: 30,000 units
Gelatin: 40,000 units
Industry standard MOQs are typically 300,000 units.
How much oil fits in your softgel dies?
#6 oval gelatin = 275-350mg fill weight
#10 oval gelatin = 375-600mg fill weight
#10 oval vegan = 550-675mg fill weight
How many softgels will my oil make? How much CBD/ Delta 8/hemp extract do you need to provide for the order?
It depends. How many milligrams do you want per capsule? What is the potency of your material? For example, if you want 25mg/softgel and your oil is 90%+, you need 1 liter to make 30k softgels.
Why do you need extra oil?
We recommend an overage of 10% because of variations in test results from lab to lab. Also, there’s loss inherent in softgel manufacturing at the beginning and the end of each run when the lines running to the die rolls are not completely full. And, as you may already know, you can never get EVERY last gram out of the container.
Adding overage also adds to the shelf life of the product, because the product will still contain the labeled amount even with slight degradation over time.
